PURCHASE PROCEDURE & CHOICE OF FORMAT

Upon the finalisation of your purchase, you will first receive a confirmation e-mail, followed by a second e-mail with a link to download your file(s).

Purchasing a book format will grant you access to the book of your choice in the selected format only. Such book format is not exchangeable against any other book format. Therefore, please make sure the format of the file you purchase is compatible with your e-reader, as this purchase is non-refundable. However, if the downloaded file is found faulty or damaged, we will replace it with a faultless file.

We will not take up more of your time to allow you to resume your purchases. Let your friends know about us, yet don’t share our digital books–unless it is with someone who can’t afford to pay for them.
